Saturday 26th June 2 - 4pm at Yoga Torquay

This afternoon session is for women of any age, with all of their rich life experiences and with no experience of Yoga required whatsoever. We will begin each session with a short settling relaxation, followed by sharing in a circle (this can include how you are feeling, any pertinent issues or you can remain quiet if you prefer). We will enjoy some gentle movement which is very sympathetic and beneficial for the female form, and finish with Yoga NIdra. Virginia will share any relevant practices and techniques in response to anything that arises. This circle is your space, to be completely as you are, everyone is very welcome. This is your time.
