Mondays Join for the whole or part of this session.

Yoga: 6 - 7:15pm
Meditation & Nidra: 7:15 - 8pm

A gentle, stress relieving and grounding Yoga practice to bring you into the present moment. Includes gentle movement to ease out physical tensions and breath work. 
Suitable for everyone regardless of age or ability. 

After Yoga join me for a gently guided meditation followed by Yoga Nidra. You will need a comfortable space to sit and lie and feel at ease. Blankets, cushions and anything else you need to feel completely relaxed are also very welcome!

You are welcome to join this whole 2 hour session or arrive and join at whichever part you feel you need most right now. 

Payment is by donation

As this is an online session you need to be happy take responsibility for yourself. Do not go beyond what feel right and comfortable for your body. Should you be unsure of anything then please ask. I am available for discussion at any time by messaging on here. I look forward to welcoming you!

Thanks so much for the yoga on Thursday night. I've been doing some sessions online which I thought were quite good and I've enjoyed, but having you there guiding us through was a whole different experience. Loved it and felt really energised AND calm afterwards.
