These morning practices consist of traditional Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Meditation and are a great way to focus upon and progress you own practice. Plus time for discussion and reflection on aspects of your personal practice, Ayurveda and how this related to our practice.

Six Weeks of Womens Wellness with Yoga and Ayurveda ONLINE

Spring 2021, March 1, 8, 15, 29 and April 5, 12
Join us for this six week course that will each week include one hour of Yoga, 30 minutes of meditation and 30 minutes of discussion. The focus of this course will be the cyclical nature of our existence as women, drawing on the systems of Ayurveda and Yoga and how we can use these ancient arts in our lives as we go through our life cycle, seasonal cycles and monthly cycles.
Each week I will introduce you to another aspect of self care according to Ayurveda, simple things which you can then choose to incorporate into your daily routine.
Every week will focus upon a different part of our life cycle, and this topic will also be the focus of our discussion time. A handout will be emailed out after each session with a summary of the discussion and an Ayurvedic recipe for you to try each week.
There is the opportunity during the course to book a 121 consultation at a 50% reduction from the usual cost.
